The fact the Simpsons are owned by Universal makes it possible for Homer to be in there.

Which is part of Universal. Thats why there was a (closed ride) Jimmy's Neutron Blast and a Simpsons ride on the same theme park.

...Fox isn't part of Universal. Razz Universal and Fox are two seperate companys. Fox gave the rights to Universal to use them ONLY IN THERE THEME PARK. Nickelodeon gave the rights to Universal to use their characters ONLY IN THERE THEME PARK. They are no where near owned by Universal noar will they ever will be. So, having Homer being in a Nicktoons game, just because they were both in a Universal park, wouldn't make it any closer to having them in the game. Razz
